Terms & Conditions for The Sovereign Child Academy

Welcome to The Sovereign Child Academy—a transformational space designed to support you in raising sovereign, empowered children while embodying your own healing and sovereignty. By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Access & Duration

• The Sovereign Child Academy is a one-year container that runs from April 2025 to April 2026.
• Your enrollment grants you access to all course materials, live coaching sessions, and the community space for the duration of this 12-month container.
• This program is designed for self-led implementation, with monthly group coaching sessions provided for ongoing guidance and support.
• Personal 1:1 messaging with the facilitator is not included. Questions can be asked during live coaching sessions or in the designated group space.

2. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all participants agree to:

• Treat fellow members with respect, kindness, and confidentiality.
• Engage in the program with integrity, personal responsibility, and an open heart.
• Refrain from sharing, distributing, or disclosing any proprietary content or personal discussions from the academy.
• Maintain a high standard of energetic and personal responsibility within the space.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

3. Payment Policy

• The Sovereign Child Academy is a non-refundable program.
• If you have selected a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all payments, even if you choose to leave the academy before your plan is fulfilled.
• Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access until the balance is settled.

4. Upgrade Option

• You have the option to apply your full investment from The Sovereign Child Academy towards a higher-level container within the first six (6) months of enrollment.
• This upgrade must be initiated by you and will be applied to programs designated as eligible for this offer.
• No partial refunds or transfers beyond the six-month window will be permitted.

5. No Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of this program, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
• Canceling your participation does not cancel your financial obligation if you are on a payment plan.
• You are responsible for honoring your commitment to the program and its full tuition, as agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• All course content, materials, activations, and teachings are intellectual property of Emily Miotto and are strictly for personal use.
• Redistribution, replication, or commercial use of any material without prior written consent is prohibited.
• Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all discussions, coaching sessions, and shared experiences within the academy.

7. Disclaimer & Liability Waiver

• The Sovereign Child Academy provides spiritual, energetic, and mindset support and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• You acknowledge that participation in the program is at your own discretion and that you take full responsibility for your personal transformations and decisions.
• The facilitator and contributors are not liable for any personal, energetic, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in this program.

8. Updates to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in The Sovereign Child Academy after such updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
